HUD – The Greatest Sellers of Real Estate?
I have heard time and time again that HUD is just giving their homes away (at least that is what I hear in the Great Lakes Area). I am beginning to believe now. I recently (1day ago) put an offer in on a property that needs a little work but not much. My offer was structured to be about 40% of market value. I am a positive person but I thought no way too much competition. Got the call today that they have accepted my offer. Turned out to be a good day!! Closed a commercial deal and purchased a HUD home
