Getting Ready to put the sign in the yard

Appliances will be delivered and installed tomorrow 3/26 and I will be meeting the Realtor at the site to get this home back on the market so that it can become a home for a family again.  I am sure the neighbors will be happy :)   Stay tuned for the finished interior video
